1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PharmaInsight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
PharmaInsight provides pharmaceutical information for educational and informational purposes only. Content should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Content Submission
By submitting content, you grant PharmaInsight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and display your content. You retain copyright to your original work. You may request content removal, which will be processed within 30 days.
5. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 48 hours of the first payment only.
6. Prohibited Content
Content that promotes unverified medical claims, contains false drug information, plagiarized material, or violates applicable pharmaceutical regulations (CDSCO, FDA) will be removed.
7. Limitation of Liability
PharmaInsight is not responsible for medical decisions made based on content published on the platform. All clinical information should be verified with qualified healthcare professionals.
